Duplicate content and readability scans

Find near-duplicate pages that dilute your visibility, and score how machine-readable your content is.

Updated 18 August 2026

Both scanners live under Website Health and keep a history of runs, so you can compare before and after a cleanup.

Duplicate content

The duplicate scanner crawls your site and compares pages for textual similarity. Near-duplicate pages split your authority and confuse engines about which page is the answer.

  • Results are grouped into clusters of similar pages with a similarity score.
  • Summary cards show how much of the site is affected.
  • Typical fixes: consolidate pages, canonicalise, or rewrite one page to be clearly distinct.

Readability

The readability scanner scores how easily a machine can extract facts from each page. Clear structure, direct sentences, and explicit statements ("Acme is a CRM for small agencies, from $29/month") are what AI engines can quote confidently.

  • Each page gets a score with the specific passages that drag it down.
  • Watch scan progress live; results are saved per run.
  • Prioritise your money pages: home, pricing, and the pages targeting your gap prompts.
