Open your project and click Run scan. A scan puts every active prompt to each connected AI engine and records the answers.
What happens during a scan
- Each active prompt is sent to every live engine (currently ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini).
- Every answer is parsed for brand mentions - yours and your competitors' - plus ranking position, sentiment, and cited sources.
- The results roll up into your visibility score, share of voice, and the per-prompt breakdown on the dashboard.
A scan usually completes within a few minutes, depending on how many prompts are active.
Reading your first results
Don't panic if your first visibility number is low - most brands discover they are far less visible in AI answers than in classic search. The point of the first scan is a baseline. Check the gaps list first: prompts where you are not mentioned at all are your fastest wins, and Boosters will propose concrete actions for them.
