The dashboard and all project data sit behind a login. The public pages - this Help Center, the landing page, and the read-only API - remain open.
Creating an account
Go to Create account and enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters). When the workspace is invite-only, the form also asks for an invite code - get it from whoever runs your Lumen instance.
Creating an account is free. Each project you create is paid for separately: the last step of onboarding takes you to Paystack checkout for the level you chose, and the project's first scan runs as soon as the payment is verified - see Levels and limits.
Signing in and out
Sign in at /login. Sessions last 30 days on a device; sign out any time from the bottom of the dashboard sidebar, where your name is shown.
Passwords
There is no self-service reset yet - if you are locked out, ask your workspace admin to reset your password; they can set a new one for any account using the invite code. Choose a password you don't use elsewhere.
