Every project runs at one of three levels, chosen during onboarding and paid for per project through Paystack before its first scan. Weekly measurement, engines and competitor tracking are identical at every level - the level sets how much content work the platform plans for.
The three levels
- Signal (where most start) - 10 active prompts, 1 cluster built per month, 3-5 pieces of content per month.
- Momentum (recommended) - 20 active prompts, 2 clusters built per month, 6-10 pieces per month.
- Authority (category ownership) - 30 active prompts, 3 clusters built per month, 9-15 pieces per month.
Content is priced separately per cluster, so the monthly total follows the level you pick.
What the level limits
- Active prompts - you can keep as many prompts as you like, but only the allowance can be active (scanned). Extras stay parked; activating one more than the allowance is refused with a clear message.
- Clusters built per month - generating a cluster's action plan counts as building it. Rebuilding a cluster already built this month is free; a new one needs headroom in the month's allowance.
- Content pieces - Plan within budget caps at the level's monthly maximum, and a month's plan funds at most the level's number of clusters.
Paying for a project
Each project has its own monthly subscription. The last step of onboarding takes you to secure Paystack checkout (card or EFT; prices are ex VAT and VAT is added at checkout) for the level you chose; the project activates and runs its first scan the moment the payment is verified. Until then it shows as *awaiting payment* in your project list and can be paid for from its billing page.
The badge in each project header shows its subscription state: active, payment failed, or cancelled. If a monthly payment fails, Paystack retries automatically and the project keeps running for a 7-day grace period - update your card from Paystack's email or resubscribe from the project's billing page. Cancel any time from the same page; the project keeps running until the end of the paid month and nothing more is charged. Deleting a project cancels its subscription. The Billing page lists every project's subscription in one place.
Moving between levels
Change a project's level any time from its billing page. Choosing another level opens Paystack checkout for the new monthly amount; once that payment is verified the new level applies and the previous subscription is stopped. Moving down parks the active prompts beyond the smaller allowance (the first ones stay active) - reactivate the ones you want from the Prompts tab.
