The client portal is a private, no-login view of a project for the people you do the work for.
Sharing a project
On the Actions tab, click Share with client. Set the email that should be notified of client activity (it defaults to your login) and, optionally, the client's name. Copy the link and send it. Regenerate issues a new link and stops the old one working; Remove link revokes access entirely.
What the client sees
- Their scorecard - visibility score, how often they are mentioned, share of voice, and open gaps.
- The content menu - every cluster's action plan, so they can pick the pieces they want produced. Request this turns an item into a To-do action on your board, badged Client, and emails you.
- Their content - every action in production with its status, the full draft when one exists, an Approve button, and a comment thread.
Approvals
When the client approves a draft, the action moves to the Approved column and you are emailed. Publish it, then mark it Done.
Comments
Clients and your team share one thread per action - clients write from the portal, you reply from the action workspace under Conversation. Every client comment emails you.
Email setup
Notifications need an email provider on the server: set MAIL_FROM plus RESEND_API_KEY or BREVO_API_KEY. Without one, client activity is still recorded on the board - only the emails are skipped, and the share panel says so.
