The Actions tab is the working board for boosters you have committed to - whether they came from the Boosters backlog or from a cluster's action plan. Each action moves through To do, In progress, and Done, and can be assigned to a teammate.
Committed actions are durable: regenerating boosters never touches them, and they survive even if their target prompt is later deleted. They stay on the board until you remove them yourself.
The Approved column
Between In progress and Done sits Approved - where a piece lands when the client approves its draft from their portal (or when you set the status yourself). The flow is: draft in progress → client reviews and approves → you publish and mark it Done. Client-requested actions carry a Client badge, and actions with a conversation show a comment count. See The client portal.
Briefs and drafts
Open an action to work on it:
- Generate a brief - a content brief for the recommended piece, built from the scan evidence: the angle, the questions to answer, the sources AI engines currently cite.
- Generate content - a full draft in your chosen tone and audience, saved on the action for your team to edit and publish.
Verifiable actions
Website-health actions carry a verify check instead of a content flow: once you have made the fix, Lumen re-runs the audit check against the page and confirms it passes.
Measuring lift
When you start an action, Lumen records the date and anchors a before/after comparison of the target prompt's appearance rate. That is how you see whether the work actually moved your visibility - watch it on the action detail and the dashboard time series over the following weeks.
